Minor in Statistics
A Minor in Statistics can be an excellent complement to a degree in another field, from security policy to marketing to computer programming. The minor program requires 18 hours of core and elective courses, including introductory classes in statistics and programming as well as a Statistical Computing Packages class.

The following requirements must be fulfilled: 18 credits, including 9 credits in required courses and 9 credits in elective courses.
(Clarification, August 26, 2024. Elective courses must be taken at the 2000 level or above. 1000-level courses cannot be counted toward the elective requirement.)
